Read some history - the revolutions of 1848 and Marxist theory if you want to do something about it instead of just complaining about it. Capitalism is toxic by design.

A strawman is a simplified charicature you make in your mind whos oversimplistic nature doesn't overlap with real, messy, complex individuals who can hold many values simultaneously without collapsing.

Automaticity is a sign you are learning. If you feel like you are plateuing, then know that it is universal to all forms of skill aquisition to feel so every now and then. What is the next area you can focus on where you see clear room for improvement?
