Where ever it comes from we should all celebrate the weakening stranglehold of the big 6 on trophies. Man U, Man C, Arsenal, Chelsea & Spurs have all been fallible of late. Newcastle, Villa, Forest and Bmouth are all doing their bit to keep the PL and other competitions interesting and competitive.

The project is to become Spurs. That is only correct in so far as revenue. But Villa want to win trophies. As you rightly say Villa haven't won a trophy for 30 years. We don't want to wait another 17.

A good article. One mistake Aston Villa is not trying to be the next Spurs. Aston Villa will be the next Liverpool.
