Hmm the $9/m is competitive with e.g. @mailbox.org's €7.50 premium plan, but a less spendy version that competes with their €2.50 standard plan would be nicer and would convince way more people (inc. me) to switch to you (+$6/m increase is a bit much, however much I love the soft blue bird!)

Decouple the question being asked?
e.g. in a general election ask for y/n on headline policies, for a referendum, ask questions about desired outcomes. Then you have an awful time assigning votes to parties based on vast amounts of data, and fewer casual voters vote, and doubtless other downsides?

Wait, your sales email said I couldn't get a touch+hdmi anymore, I previously had a non-touch+hdmi preorder and was told I had to pick a touch/non-touch standalone then get a hdmi+dock later? And that all non-touch+hdmi people had missed an email about upgrading/downgrading back in may. Bit miffed!

Any news on when it will be available to purchase on the Google Play Store, after Netflix seem to have thrown their version (and their whole gaming division) overboard? Or should we just wait for the Complex Legal Ownership Machinations (which I'm sure are doubtless happening) to conclude?
