You can see jalapeños poking through the skin a little. My orange and white striped cat Cheese is in the background, sitting in a chair. He was licking himself prior to this picture so his mouth is open. 3 trays of bagels are being held up in sunlight. The tray closest to the camera has 3 bagels topped with a generous amount of cheese and jalapenos, the middle tray has one jalapeno cheddar bagel and a flaky salt topped bagel, and the back tray has two everything seasoned bagels, and another flaky sea salt topped bagel. These bagels aren't baked yet, so they're pale. Three trays of cooked bagels. The first tray shows two bagels, a baked jalapeno cheddar bagel, but the cheese from the last picture has melted and browned into a beautiful orange color, and it is topped with three circular slices of jalapeno. The other bagel on the tray is a golden brown bagel topped with flaky sea salt. The middle tray shows 3 beautiful golden brown bagels, two of them topped with everything but the bagel seasoning, and the last bagel being topped with smoked flaky salt. A charred cheese crusted glass dish that would have taken quite a bit to hand wash. An extremely clean glass dish straight out of the dishwasher. Small defects can be seen through the glass, but it's not the glass.
