Legitimate concern about the fate of YPG fighters and the Kurdish civilians they protect. I doubt that the Islamist/rebel forces are open to diplomacy.

It is absolutely incredible that such a strategic city as Aleppo, so dearly conquered by the Assad regime (and Russia/Iran), is falling into the hands of the rebels so quickly, as if there was almost no resistance.
Curious to see if and how Russia will react to this.
