I finally figured it out!!! Everything WAS setup correctly, the issue was using a university laptop that hates external devices. Using a different laptop "fixed" it 😀
Onto a new set of problems!

Well hello there beautiful... I have not heard of this til now.

I'm v new to this. It's a psychopy + eye tracker + maybe a university firewall issue. No idea if the error being highlighted is the real issue or a side quest, but it did say to install io labs (I DID?!) so maybe I'm getting warmer...

Thank you for checking in!! I'm using PsychoPy for an eye-tracking experiment. My triggers to get the ET to record aren't triggering. Nothing is crashing, but stuff isn't talking to each other, my IT department cant help me, and I'm not sure if it's a university firewall or a skill issue...
