Since the election rigging, the opposition has struggled to mobilize large crowds. Tomorrow’s turnout will be critical, as civil society has grown increasingly nihilistic since the spring protests, believing nothing will change anymore.

The police have issued a warning that anyone attempting to block the parliament or disrupt its first session, considered a strategic object, will be arrested.

A protest involving vehicles is also being organized, though the date and location are yet to be announced.

In addition, students are currently protesting inside and outside the TSU building. They will be joined by students and professors from Ilia State University, who plan to hold open lectures in the university yard.

• November 24, 15:00 - Women’s March starting from Freedom Square; 17:00 - March for the Future at Ilia Uni.
• November 25, 09:00 - Protest at Parliament against rigged elections. The first session is scheduled for 12:00.
