We had a great two days of staff training with workshops led by Sharon and Aarti of Freedom and Joy, and Tommy Whitelaw from @alliancescot.bsky.social! Our team explored their strengths, how to improve communication, and the impact of kindness in making a difference.

What is punctate inner choroidopathy (PIC)? More common in women and people who are short sighted, it causes small patches of inflammation in the retina, where abnormal blood vessels can grow and leak, leading to sight loss.
