I have an interview to become a sleep lab tech, and have to wear scrubs to it. Tried them on for the first time in over a year, and it’s the first time I’ve actually felt happy with a picture of myself!

I feel weird posting this but I need advice! For those who don’t know, I lost most of my upper teeth from a MVC Sept 2024 and I’m now in the process of replacing them- I’m looking for opinions on dentures and dental implants and how the process was- thank you!

While healing up from my MVC and off work, a local community group and I did a few small fundraising events to support the Ottawa Chapter of the Huntington Society! We raised $3000 and were featured in this weeks edition of the local paper -where I was also asked to write about HD and me!

Best part of my birthday today- getting signed off by Neurosurgery! All concerning findings were resolved with my last set of imaging!

Finally got the single crochet stitch down! I’m not missing stitiches now and am currently making a scarf for my sister. Also have plans to make one for my aunt and nephew #crochet

I’m a PSW who previously worked in #LTC, and for most of my childhood my mom was a resident in LTC. I had to leave the home I worked in because of how it was run, and now this! I still go and see my former residents, but I can’t stand the way they’re treated.
