I havent been that far north. For soups, Ha VL on Powell is spectacular, as is Pho Hung and Rukdiew Thai. There is incredible Bun Bo Hue at (not surprisingly) Bun Bo Hue on 82nd, and Khao Moo Dang on Hawthorne.

It's really really nice to live in PDX where all of these flavors are available as restaurant soups as well. Until one leaves, PDX people often don't know how good their international food scene is.

I think the degree that humans aren't statistically highly autonomous is both an accepted risk and the draw towards *theoretically* much more successful autonomous systems.

I'm still missing the details. I'm not saying they aren't there... I just need someone to help me see them.
