True but he's just saying it for likes. He probably doesn't even believe what he's saying.
Boris is so money orientated that I'm sure he'd kiss Putin's arse if enough coin was offered.

On the app click the 3 bars on the top lh side, which brings up the menu with your profile, settings, etc.
Then select the 'Chat' icon & '+' to add someone to send them a DM.

I think Boris' track record is sufficient enough to judge that we can't trust a single word he utters.

As a sweeping statement it's certainly problematic, & they're probably generalising hugely.
I do get what they're talking about though. It would also depend on the type of music, the setting, even what it's played on (music played through tinny phone speakers pretty annoying).

I've had batches of cider where all the tannins/colour dropped out & it looked & tasted like wine.
I recently made an IPA with some Vics Secret hops I was given which was insanely bitter. Left it a month or so & now it's a lot more drinkable.

There is a higher risk of producing meth by distilling fruit but it's negligible in my experience.
So long as you're discreet & don't start selling the stuff the taxman won't bother you.
If your cider isn't that drinkable you could always just try leaving it a few months & I'm sure it will improve!

You could always make apple brandy from it, either by freeze distilling or the traditional method. You can also barrel age the spirit by adding some oak bbq chips that have been lightly toasted in the oven.
In my experience the results are well worth the effort😉

I've been making cider for a few years now. Best investment I made was to buy a sink waste disposal to scratt the apples.
After that I just let nature take its course & let the natural yeast ferment the juice.
