a drawn reference of "Mallow", a light blue dragon-like, seal-like person with the light blue transitioning to a much darker, greener blue around the tips of their ears, their nose, the ends of their limbs, and the bottom of their tail, which is long and ends in a pair of thick, seal-like flippers. what if there was a little guy?
