Hi there. Four of the teams listed in this paragraph don't share ownership with MLS clubs. What am I missing?
"Blank’s assurances that the NWSL team will have its own DNA and an ethos separate from Atlanta United is the right thing to say, but several NWSL clubs share an ownership group with their MLS peers. Portland, Orlando, Kansas City, Houston, San Diego and Los Angeles have tightly knit NWSL and MLS clubs." Community note: Portland, Kansas City, San Diego, and Los Angeles don't share ownership with an MLS club and Houston Dash may have new non MLS ownership soon.

Thank you for sharing this. I know they're in response mode now but I hope their after action review includes looking at the use of Code Red, including how to get more info than just the white pages and if sirens would have helped.
The 2020 commissioner meeting is when Kerr County implemented IPAWS, or Integrated Public Alert & Warning System through FEMA, which is a free program offered through Kerr County’s existing contract with CodeRed, a system it currently uses for mass emergency pre-recorded emergency telephone messages, according to Kerr County’s website. The CodeRed system is also used in Kerrville with the caveat that it relies on White Pages data and residents should not “assume their number is included.”

"We are actively monitoring the severe tornadoes and storms that have impacted many States across the South and Midwest," he said on his Truth Social platform. Help, he said, is at the ready. "My Administration is ready to assist State and Local Officials, as they help their communities to try and recover from the damage," Trump said. He continued: "Please join Melania and me in praying for everyone impacted by these terrible storms!"
