I think precious metals were dropping because it hit the 5k mark, plus with the announcement today giving it a double whammy.
There's usually sell offs at notable amounts, you can see the same thing happening in October when gold hit 4k.

If an artist starts endorsing A.I. or using it themselves, I start to second guess their entire career. Makes me think they may have plagiarized for years without others knowing.
