To a degree yes. I still have pulsatile tinnitus but it is more manageable and they fixed a cfs leak that was causing memory loss. I have my brain function back and no dizziness so I can count myself lucky and I'm still healing so it could get better with time

I'm bilateral, had left side MFC in August at UCLA, also part of the support groups in FB but trying to leave the platform
