I think the best way to use it is this: if you're looking for a job at a particular company, you can see which of your "connections" work there. Or if your friends have friends that work there. You then reach out to them to get connected with the recruiter or have them put a referral in for you.

It's been an interesting ride. I think VCs are slowly coming back to it now that standalone is predominant. It lowers the barrier to entry. Would love to hear more about your experiences working with it and the schizophrenia experience
