Of those Megatooth (Repugnus) is pretty simple, though, just massive, heavy and has lots of very pointy metal parts. The Monstructor set and Paddles are a bit more complicated for the sake of it. Oddest one is Sideswipe done as a bull. There's a black version of that stands in nicely for Stampede.

Almost certainly in the context of horror fiction read out loud, political speeches, and "each and every night" bodice ripper inspired conversations. But am pretty sure it'll have been used in much older religious texts, official and lay, mystery plays, etc, rebirth being such a big preoccupation.

This one's sort of comparable to WST versus the original toys. The globe pieces are fairly clever, although the whole thing would be more impressive if it was half the size. As it is it feels a bit like a design that's been upscaled from a smaller scale figure.

Don't think it's a knock off as such, don't think that design has a higher end version released. They went straight to low budget release.

The actual G2 colour ones feel like KOs... these would be better billed as concept colours or Toxitron to go with the yellow Grimlock, then maybe for G2 a mustard yellow Sludge and a black or brown Swoop (or skip to the red repaint).

Easy pass anyway. One of those cases where they could have done something that fitted better with the three that were actually released, and probably done these as well afterwards.
