Congress, actually all branches of government, should not be paid during shutdown nor paid for the furlough. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. We the people need to step it up.

Never, ever expected to hear and see a president speak to reporters, and many others, in this manner. His lack of respect and decorum for the role as President, and all it encompasses, is beyond embarrassing. It is dangerous.
