Weak statements like this are why you all lost the presidential election. Will you never learn? The situation warrants stronger leadership. Instead of telling people not to show up, YOU should show up with them.

I agree with you that we should listen & research. But I still disagreed. His reasoning relies on our checks and balances working and, frankly, existing. Trump & party have shown they want to demolish them and Schumer just handed them the ability on a platter without even the pretense of a fight.
