Has anyone experienced a long buffer when opening the app @bsky.app ?

There are many features missing in @bsky.app that are very useful in X.

Few features I love from X:
1. Views on post
2. Follow a community (blue sky has pinning the community)
3. Bookmarks

@bsky.app I would love to contribute to the app but there is no software/mobile app developer position

Why can't I follow a specific community here?

Does pinning to home mean the same thing as a follow?
