I think I know what is wrong with me and where to look, because I know my body better than anyone else and I am smart. My neck is unstable, my wrists are unstable, my ribs are unstable. I know these things are true. I don't need to perform doubting myself to keep that mean voice at bay.

I am physically disabled. Reasonable accommodations & medical attention could improve my life but I never make any effort to pursue those because because the mean voice won't let me advocate for myself. Now for the first time I am confident enough to say I KNOW something is wrong, and I need help.
