I got this yellow hummingbird sage from the Bay Natives nursery years ago and it was a half dead stem with a single green leaf on it. I stuck it in the ground and forgot about it. It’s now happily taking over one corner of my shady San Francisco backyard. #salviaspathacea #californianativeplants

OK, this is wild.

In September 2023, geophysicists across the world started monitoring a very odd signal coming from the ground under them.

It was picked up in the Arctic. And Antarctica. It was detected everywhere, every 90 seconds, as regular as a metronome, for *nine days*.

What the HELL?

🔥🌿 California manzanitas have fire survival down to a science.

Some resprout from underground burls after wildfires.

Others rely on heat or smoke to trigger seed germination.

Two fire strategies. One resilient genus.

The dose makes the poison.

That’s true of everything. Water. Oxygen. Vitamin A. Vitamin D. Aspartame. Formaldehyde.

Yep, we make 425,000 TIMES MORE formaldehyde every day than what might be in a vaccine.

The Netanyahu government has killed 50,000 people in Gaza & wounded 112,000.

Two weeks ago, they broke the ceasefire and have since killed 322 children & wounded 600.

The US must end its complicity.

Tomorrow, I will force votes to block $8.8 billion in arm sales to Netanyahu.

Fremontodendron ‘Pacific Sunset,’ from my NE facing front garden in San Francisco. I was worried it wouldn’t make it, but it’s thriving! The only water it gets is from winter rain. As with Arctostaphylos and Ceanothus, drip will kill this summer-dry-adapted native. #californianativeplants

The 1% evade $163B in taxes per year.

Tesla paid $0 in federal income taxes from 2018 - 2022 & 2024.

Billionaires can write off the cost of their private jets and yachts.

While undocumented immigrants paid $96B in taxes in 2022.

The more you look into it, the crazier it gets.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).
