Yes! Some systems at work still show my legal name, and i regularly get “why are you changing your name? It’s pretty!” Like maybe there are other reasons at play and you should respect that. (Not that you need a reason to go by a new name)

Appetite ≠ Hunger. What helps me when I don't want to eat is protein shakes/soups, things I can get down easy without COMMITTING to a meal.
