For people trying to stay sane but informed re: US #news and #politics, there is a newsletter that summarizes the day’s news. Esp if you struggle with #mentalhealth, tend to doomscroll, etc it may be a way to limit hyperfixating and stress. Marathon not a sprint.

Baked a cheesecake for my SO’s birthday using Junior’s recipe (famous NY cheesecake originating in #Brooklyn - also my favorite cheesecake) from their official cookbook. Got to use my stand mixer which I wanted to use more- Before I made cheesecakes with a #food processor- a lot messier and harder.
