Got an email from a place I’d applied to months before. Had interview. Got job. Now wfh 100% supporting patients for a private psychiatric clinic. A company that see my mental health as an asset. I’m about to smash 6mo probation and I love my job for the first time ever. Debt slowly under control. 💙

3/ Made redundant. Realised I’d been supporting everyone’s mental health but my own. Had a breakdown. Got clarity and separated. Got another job wfh in finance. Sank lower into breakdown. Even more in debt. Reached the point of not wanting to be here.

2/ Needed money so went back to first company. Worked my way up the ladder until I was boss. Big bosses realised the team I’d hired were all neurodivergent or had mental health struggles. So made me regional training manager. Campaigned for diversity and inclusion.
