The pacing is awful, with the entire book's plot taking place in the last few chapters.

The idea of the book is great, the actual book, not so much. I can't recommend the read, yet I see it being given 5-star reviews on goodreads...confusing, but each to their own.

A Date with Angel, J Judkins. A sci-fi meta tropefest that claims to be sapphic & fails on almost all fronts. Almost.

The idea for this book is great, 'What if the terminator was a lesbian robot - and horny!' The concept grabbed me by the hair and called me good girl.

I think I have a cowgirl soft spot though, and maybe a wet spot too, as I enjoyed this collection of shorts. 15 varied stories meant I didn't get overwhelmed with cow, but I can see that happening to others. Now I'm off to don leather boots, a hat and a smile. See you on the prairies!

Here's another collection of short stories, and it's better than the last I reviewed. I know cowboys is a divisive topic, but for some reason it work well here. Well enough that I wished some of the tales were longer.

You don't need to be a cowgirl to enjoy these wlw sexy tales.

#sapphic #bookreview Best Lesbian Bondage, Tristan Taormino (Editor). 19 short stories in one book sized volume. If you're a little kinky you might find ideas here, if you are very kinky this might be too vanilla for that. But does this book bring the desired wetness? Yep! It can be steamy.

This year's #books #read pile, at least so far:

It's a picture, breaking the list up into 250 character limits would take so long.

“Cleat Cute” by Meryl Wilsner

I think Meryl Wilsner is a great sapphic writer. Mistakes were made is a hot book, you should go read it. Now. This is the second of her novels I've managed to get & I enjoyed this one too. Now if only I could get her debut novel too.
