I am, thanks. Parents came to visit over Thanksgiving, during which time I pushed myself too hard to get house stuff done while I had some extra hands to help, and also had to take the cat to the emergency vet because her normal vet was closed for the holiday. She and I are both okay but yeesh.

I mean, in all fairness, I did nothing that day because the night before, I was at "self, you fucking NEED to stop or you will end up in the HOSPITAL" so. I would prefer that other people know how to rest without having stressed themselves to a near-dangerously-high blood pressure level first.
