The original writer started out writing fun, slightly satirical sci-fi, then hit with stranger in a strange land, and over the decades devolved into wierd, incest-y libertarian ramblings where everyone had to be a mathematical or engineering genius #elon 2/4

This book ends with a brave moon colony cutting off the parasite class of a dying earth and going it alone. MILLIONS DIE AS A RESULT. They’re aided by a friendly AI named “Mike”. It’s the favorite of a certain oligarch. 1/4
