It's incredibly ignorant and dangerous. There are good reasons water levels are very closely monitored and controlled. If you exceed the downstream channel capacity in the wrong area you can flood highly populated areas. It doesn't look like there are any adults in the room this time around.

Super crimy, they are also trying to take over the mechanisms of government spending. I feel like ours are usually pretty outspoken. I typically like them, but it definitely wouldn't hurt. It's basically a hostile take over of all US institutions. Not really a trivial thing.
