Yep. I totally get it and currently going through it. It's like it's more effort to find and maintain a healthy balance and dynamic, versus just pick a direction and dig-the-fuck-in, right? 😬🫠

I've been a bad exercise yo-yo for like the past two years - great for 4-6 weeks, then relapse back into being sedentary for 6-8. Usually it's something that disrupts my routine or mood that messes me up and I get caught-up in my head that I'm shamed to go back
