I'm doing catch-up on posting stuffs, so yayay art dump!

Two ponies rendered in the G4 My Little Pony style.

On the left, Mill Feather, a pegasus with a off-white coat and two-toned (light and dark) browns for markings. Her mane is the same brown color. Her cutie mark is a windmill fan with a blue-green feather "stroking" the wind through it.

On the right is Phantom Moon, a tall alicorn with a dark purpleish blue coat and pale yellow markings. Her mane is tri-toned, dark purple, dark magenta, and bright magenta, with her tail and back half of her mane the pale yellow. Her cutie mark is a crescent moon on its side, with three connect pinkish diamonds in the cut out above the moon.

The pair appear to be conversing, with Mill Feather lifting one hoof and Phantom listening with a blank expression.

On the bottom half, Honeypot, a bright yellow kirin/changeling mix, with a split horn and distinctive changeling wings. Her mane is a pale, almost white, yellow, and her eyes are a vivid red. Fluffed around the ankles and the neck, she looks like a bumble bee. She bears no cutie mark.

On the upper half, a younger pony, an alicorn, Phantom Moon. Same description as the first image, just smaller in scale.

The pair are conversing, Phantom on Honeypot's back, as they walk along.

On the left, Dust Storm, an off-white and red-orange toned marked pegasus. She has feathers on her hooves and a slight fluff to her chest, along with tail feathers. Pink eyes, and a cocky attitude, she stand with a hoof raised and winking to her companion. Her cutie mark is a pink diamond cradled by two puffs of red-orange dust clouds on each side.

On the right, Humor! An odd creature, deerish but having a fluff of feather on the backs of her front legs, along with long fur with her hooves. Having a pale brown mixed with a darker brown and accented with a gold, she stands nervously, two legs raised, one front, one hind as she looks off to the side. Her eyes are two toned, pink and vivid blue, as is her hair. Her left side is infested with that same blue, looking like an infestation of a sort. Her cutie mark is a deer-like manifestation, representing the flower, Blue Joke, but in darker tones.

i wanted to lean into something a bit different than most redesigns, and well. come up with something good for the lore <3

but anyways

On the left:
Luna, standing on three legs with her left hindleg stretched back slightly. She has white markings up her legs, with white rings marking their end point. Also adorned with white marking on her face, curved up on her forehead, her horn white as well as the inside of her bat-like ears. Black markings decorate her torso and upper legs, trailing into the tail feathers and the long tail itself. Her cutie mark is a crescent moon, with two swirls underneath in a decorative fashion. Her mane, gracefully swirling like galaxies in a gradient of blue, dark green, teal, and yellow.

On the right:
Same description for the form, except with the added addition of her wings. Black as the rest of her torso, it's a mixture of bat-like and regular pegasus wings, revealing her heritage and association with the darkness with a quite obvious tell.

In the upper center-ish:
The text reads as follows:

On the right, Nightfall. A batpony zebra mix, a lovely mare with the royal duty of guarding the pale unicorn she's in love with. so here!! my entry for the #vgenchallenge for april 2025!!!

i figured it'd be fun to test myself with something i've never drawn before !! an egg !!!! (and hopefully get a vgen code :3 but that's only just a bonus in my eyes)
