That is awful and tragic. Why any amateur was letting off fireworks in those winds beggars belief. They are mindless or selfish or both. Reinforces the argument that fireworks should only be allowed to be sold to professional, registered/licensed companies for public displays.

How about we invent the term sunning for this action. A blue sky is nothing with the addition of some sun.
