Maybe you didn’t do some of those optional quests back in the day (getting some of those optional Aeons or the Ultimate Weapons are a huge pain), but less patience and free time is also probs a part of it!

if you have the time i would definitely give the khux main story a watch before playing 3! I'd recommend either everglow's compilation or the fandub by damo279! (although the fandub also mixes in scenes from backcover)
