Hi, Lithuanian here! I found your posts by accident. Yes, "sprunki" is a Lithuanian word meaning "you are running away". Your deductions are all correct, as far as I can tell through machine translation - good job! It probably has nothing to do with the game of that name, though.

Vilnius native here. This is just confusing signage: the building stuck under construction is number 9, and the sign with an arrow means that number 7 (where the HQ is located) is further from the street, accessible via a driveway. maps.app.goo.gl/gvGwZW82sBod...
