If you wanna try the original, or at least 1.25, you can go to steam beta branches to try it. There's some weird stuff I got from switching back and forth versions. Like I got the golden record by swapping to IV after level 31 I think.

Genuinely tho, YiiK feels like it got WAY more hate than justified. IV made it one of my favorite games honestly

Yeah its good. But you need to meet the game where it is. Might be the most interesting puzzle to of a game after I started really paying attention to details. Its not to long of a game, I recommend it

Idk why no one actually seems to engage with the game past the surface level. I dont think I've ever fallen down a rabbit hole as hard as I have with yiik. Genuinely one of the most interesting stories I've seen after extra digging.
