I submitted explanations to several embassies in Beijing regarding a criminal case involving McDonald’s Corporation. These explanations outlined how certain statements directed at me could be construed as threats and highlighted a troubling request I received to destroy evidence related to the case.

I officially submitted a follow-up to the UK Serious Fraud Office regarding a confirmed case of massive fraud and money laundering involving McDonald’s Corporation. This email builds on the detailed information I had previously shared with British MP Yuan Yang, a member of the Treasury Committee.

I am writing to formally follow up on the serious crime report I submitted to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) on December 5, 2024, under transaction ID 84912042DDC55FD.

To provide more context, I am forwarding you the email I sent to British Member of Parliament Yuan Yang, a member of the Treasury Committee, on October 13, 2024. This email contains valuable information related to this matter.
I, Vincent B. Le Corre, hereby authorize the Serious Fraud Office to release the entirety of the records I have submitted and will continue to submit, to the general public for transparency purposes. However, if the Serious Fraud Office determines, as the European Court of Human Rights did by accepting to seal the Court's records in case V.L.C. v. France 50552/22, that national security considerations necessitate the withholding of these records, I am willing to very temporarily acknowledge such exceptions for now. In the future, if we can find a solution to these issues, I might even be willing to acknowledge such exceptions for a much longer duration, if not indefinitely.
For accountability, I am copying various individuals on this email, including McDonald’s Corporation executives such as CEO Chris Kempczinski. Additionally, I have included the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Intérieure (DGSI) for counter-espionage oversight, Yuan Yang for British parliamentary oversight, multiple members of the French parliament for parliamentary oversight, and quite a few more people.
I will soon submit a second email to the Serious Fraud Office with additional information. In the meantime, I urge the SFO to immediately notify all affected countries of this criminal enterprise, orchestrated by McDonald’s Corporation and its accomplices for years, if not decades. This notification should include all countries where McDonald’s operates.

Concretely, to give a specific example, in the UK, was it legal for the British administration to divert potential followers from the official Twitter account of 10 Downing Street to the personal account of then Prime Minister Rishi Sunak? Wouldn’t it qualify as a form embezzlement and corruption?

Musk’s interference in British politics is not unique. Putin’s meddling in everyone’s, as well as the rise of the oligarchs and kleptocrats, and the embedding of elite rule everywhere, should leave no one under any illusion that there is a transnational capitalist class competing for jurisdiction.

Here is the response I received from the National Crime Agency. I’ve already started the formal notification process with the Serious Fraud Office. Soon, we’ll see how much British authorities know about this case and whether they were notified.
