So many homes uninsurable for fire. Looked at one in Malibu where owner said “no insurance means expect to rebuild 1x every 10 years”

In Santa Monica 1 block away from evacuation zone from Palisades fire. We stayed at hotel last night but back today for no reason. Winds expected to ease.
