Vietnamese nobody who likes customizing mecha plamo
Also also, the MVP of this build is Mr.Hobby's GX Metal Peach. By using different base colors, silver and black, I achieved two different shades of pink for the frame and upper body armors.

I based the color on Shellmon from Digimon Story Time Stranger.

Also, for no reason at all, here's it along with my Aqua Barzam ver Merman. I painted these two concurrently.

Also, meet the MVP of this project: Gaianotes' Primary Color Cyan. I only need to mix this with my silver and gunmetal at different ratios to create various but unified shades of blue/cyan.
Though I learnt that spraying it directly over another color can create mismatch tone if you missed a layer.

After playing Digimon Story: Time Stranger, I discarded my original plan to paint the kit in red ReZeon colors and used Neptunemon's color scheme instead since that game made that version of him grow on me a whole lot.

Also also, I based the color scheme after Justice Pao, specifically his official uniforms in various TV series.

The beam bazooka is colored after his 3 execution blades in folk tales while the MLRS pods are his court rulling token (I don't know it's called exactly in English)

Also, this is what happened when you didn't clean up the sink marks

Another trick I've leart is using the included stickers to mask; especially useful when the areas are sunken and/or have tricky geometry/shape.

For example, the part not only needed to be painted in 3 colors but also in a tight corner.

Be warned though, sticker can leave behind glue residues.

You can use later masking pieces to "hold down" earlier ones; this is especially helpful when masking details near the edges or when using tapes with weak adhesiveness (or in my case, both). (1st pic)

Though even with precautions, my parts still have some paint leaked into previous layer. (2nd 3rd)

Similar to sink marks, there's a variety of efficiencies when minimizing them depending on the brand, with Bandai, again, are among the ones with most success.
Also, flashes are just worse version of mold lines.
