The most important decision in the beginning, was selling the product before it was created. Making sure there was actual demand for the business I was going to create. Rather than wasting tens of thousands of $ just hoping that people wanted what I was building. Make sure customers want it.

I spent an entire year thinking about the business model and all of the considerations before I actually launched the business.

So in 2024 I decided to essentially create a franchise model; and launch local real estate investing meetups all over the US. This resulted in me creating a new company called Launch REI. The goal was to create local real estate meetups all over the US, so people had a community.

I ended up becoming the leader of my local real estate meetup and it actually fueled my realtor business, I became one of the top realtors in Atlanta. I did this from 2019 to 2024. I felt like I had captured lightning in a bottle. The unique combination I had, unlocked massive potential.

I owned a real estate investing business for one year, 2018-2019 and it failed, but I had my real estate license so I started working as a realtor. It took off and succeeded, I’d never have to go back to corporate America ever again. Also during 2017-2019, I was attending local real estate meetups.

I worked in corporate America from 2013 to 2018 and every single day I was determined to find a way out. Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad was a life changing experience. I realized I didn’t want to trade my time for money and I had to find a way out.

I started a new company in September of 2024, and I realized that there was no one else around me who I could really look to. Just people who were already billionaires on social media. I’m going to document my journey and share it with you as I go. Maybe this will help others who want to start.
