Aid and investment is soft power. Clinics as you know do more than help people, they build a reputation for doing good. We used to have that reputation as a country we are loosing it. While he is flexing China will build another railroad in Africa, to gain friends and access to resources.

Find the business location! More food. 8 types of flour, 32oz cappers $12. Worth one trip to see real wholesale cost.
Returned clothes, pants jackets & shirts many <$5.

I lived in his district and therefore watched him, I know why he did. He never argued a point in a way to make ads for the other side. He got his start defending a community from oil companies' careless pollution. AOC is not who she used to be, but attacking the people who you need is never good.
