I am 100% with you on this. I hate it so much.

Since there's a high chance another Incel designed it, I'd say there's at least the possibility for customer satisfaction.

It got so bad we had to pry open the doors and climb out while thinking of Final Destination the whole time.

Last time something like this happened to me it was 100% our fault...
We were 19 and drunk and started to jump around in the elevator - until there was some sort of alarm and it stopped moving.

This has always been one of my favorite scenes in all of BtVS. So well written, heartbreakingly performed: Nicholas' defeat when Xander interrupts Dawn and simply states "Seven Years..." and all those small reactions from Michelle and how Dawn beams when he leaves - absolutely perfect!

I watched a lot of TV back then and I started downloading episodes of TV shows really early (basically Buffy s3, so 1999) as it was the only way to watch it close to the date of airing and in English. So usually it was me who found the gems and who was in the conversation. Maybe that's why.

I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I have never seen a single minute of Lost. Of all the typical nerd shows it's basically the only one I never sampled. Right from the get go everyone was telling me that I must watch it. And being a teenager, I obviously told them that I don't have to do anything!

I watch a lot of K-dramas and those that air parallel on Netflix and live television in Korea (usually 2 episodes per week) are the ones that stuck with me the most.
I also miss the discourse around shows back when everyone was watching at the same time. But the times of forums sadly are over.

That being said: There is so much happening in each episode and ppl (including me) are binging it way too fast. In two years I won't even remember if I liked the show let alone what happened.

On a non-sexualized note: I didn't know any of the women playing the neglected teenagers before. But I didn't read any of them younger than early twenties. If they hadn't put the scene with one of them wearing a school uniform in there, I would never have guessed how old they were supposed to be 🤷🏻♂️

The whole thing is ridiculous. They put up one of those on the entry road of my hometown (30k ppl) on a 5m high pole. It's probably not nearly as large as the one in big cities but the effect is the same: I curse each and every one of the people involved every time I get my retina burned...

Oh, forgot about Switchfoot who was a Christian rock band IIRC and heavily featured on the Mandy Moore romance A Walk To Remember and Hawthorne Heights which I will forever remember for their screamo banger "Ohio is for lovers"

The pacing was already a disaster in the Netflix shows: They could have been amazing 8 episode shows instead they blew it up to 13 and aimlessly wandered around.
I liked the characters in Daredevil so much and maybe if they had focused more on the lawyer side they could have filled the run time 🤷🏻♂️

Mine was a Siemens S3 where you had to remove the battery to charge it.
Coincidentally, Siemens also builds CT scanners. As do Samsung and LG if I'm not mistaken.
