One of the things I loved most about the apartment I rented in Vera’s nudist complex was the shower with a glass wall. It felt like a symbol, an invitation for us naturists to live openly, without shame or hiding, as transparent as the glass that separates the shower from the rest of the apartment.

Sunrise in Spain is a little later than in the rest of Europe - because technically speaking the country is in the wrong timezone - but it does have some benefits such as a morning yoga with the gentle sun rays on your skin 🧘🏻‍♂️🌅 #nakedinnature

Spending a few days at Vera in a naturist-friendly residential complex. I love the freedom of spending entire days without clothes and feeling the sun warm my skin. It brings me so much joy.

I also take my clothes off in non-nudist (textile) beaches. It’s completely legal in Spain. Nudists and naturists, let’s live our lifestyle on every beach where it’s allowed. This will help normalize and spread our way of life.

I find it surprising that many left-wing people, as I am, especially in certain circles, rightly support the cause of the Palestinian people while also endorsing Russia’s stance on the war in Ukraine. I do not share that view, because these two positions are completely antithetical.

Vilanova i la Geltrú (Catalunya, Spain) has such friendly people. This is Platja de l'Aiguadolç, a beautiful beach with a naturist tradition, easily reachable by public transport.

I recently visited Sitges, a charming town in Catalunya, Spain. There’s a well-located hotel near the port, and right next to it, a relaxed urban nudist beach with a great atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to going back!
