i think you might need to enable listening for non ssl? i had a similiar issue and that fixed it for me. your `.well-known/did.json` looks correct at first glance

the only "real" benefit is that you are not reliant on plc.directory which there is no reason to distrust it as of now

how are you keeping track of the state? saving the cursor of the last run time and then iterating over all the account creations from the relay when the action next runs?

i know some have been deleted or are pinned to be deleted as well as some just not returning the did.json document and when i last ran through i had 41 that i found so just missing the newest i think

a monitoring stack, very useful, currently using prometheus and grafana but victoria metrics is supposed to be backwards compatible so might move to that at somepoint
