there was that constant that is forever lost to you now. i am really sorry for going on and on about this but i could talk about her songs forever and some things aren't explained well cos i have been so excited to talk about this song so i skipped over some points feel free to chip in/

it's definitely a song about trying to find a positive lining, missing what once was and the happiness that was present, trying to find hope that that very same happiness will find you once again, trying to move on from who you were in that relationship and wondering how to do so cos for years/

now she is left wondering what is left to give cos she gave her whole self everything she had for something that didn't work out and her partner only wants forgiveness which she thinks she can give despite not meeting her new self she's assured that she still can offer that one last thing./
