Not in that case. The smoothie was an experiment. When I bake with or make topicals /tinctures I definitely decarb.

I have put a fresh raw nug into a smoothie (lots of fats both PB and Coconut oil) and I experienced a lift.
I’ve had fresh cold pressed cannabis juice and did not experience any “effect”. Anecdotal is all I got!

It would be really good to see more research on this. Isolate vs broad spectrum and dosage intel. The pubmed studies published so far tend to use huge doses with mice. Human clinical trials please!!!
