I'm not dissing on E33 or any other game.
I might even be okay with the process.

I just found many of the nominees and awards less than fair quite often for years and since there's no transparency I wonder how much of that is lobbied. The fact that they mix platforms certainly doesn't help.

I question the thought process behind the awards.
Not saying that Clair doesn't deserve it but there's been awards given to less-than-deserving games and many great ones are left without any awards at all.

I remember my father being excited about that game... because he had read in a magazine that it was the first racing game where you could actually race backwards and hit other drivers... @dosnostalgic.bsky.social would this be accurate? ❤️
This might have been the first game I owned the box... 💾💾💾

I honestly think the biggest problem would be the new U.S. owners regardless of where the money comes from.

That's crazy!

I never cared for tennis but I played so much of that game it hurts.

...does it matter how "volumous" each passenger is? ...

And here I was... able to go to the beach today... 😆
I love a good fireplace but we're 3 months away from that...

I wouldn't apply twice. It takes so long to make a portfolio and apply...
If they didn't think my profile was adequate for the role why try a second time? 🤷‍♂️

I get it - but to be fair they used "dark" the same way cosmologists use "dark" nowadays - to recognize the lack of knowledge about something. It actually describes the flawed act of recording history.
In reality any title is problematic: Is "middle ages" okay? Why? Aren't all ages sandwiched? 😅

I think he is his own asset, but absurdly easy to manipulate.

I guess based on a famous solution I'd say the frying pan

You are assuming "research" took place.

Also, I wonder how much of that need is structural... I'm guessing they didn't build many large structures with high ceilings in stone or underground?

Also, maybe it's just not built for the living to travel under but rather for the spirits.

I'm not suggesting people didn't care, but rather that it could be that people just kept using it because it was there.
I don't like my local cemetery and I don't think it was built very cramped so that we mingle in death... but I'm likely going to use it anyway because it's near me.🤷‍♂️

I often find that people give too much meaning to stuff.
Maybe it's just the way they did them back then. It's not supposed to be used everyday so maybe they just didn't care, really.

If you like history, the darkest files are a great way to present it. You act as a prosecutor / detective finding evidence to convict war criminals in Germany. Real stories with different names.

Also, not sure if relevant, but there's also an olive oil company that makes prestige tinned fish with a special olive oil - highlighting their premium olive oil instead of the fish.

Here in Portugal there's high-end restaurants that only serve tinned fish and shellfish.
