Oh, absolutely. Sometimes it's right there in your face, a d those are easy enough to point to and say, "This is racist". But the microaggressions and other less obvious trends and what-not are just as important to point out! And as you said, listening is KEY, because yeah, non POC are gonna have a harder time recognizing that shit without understanding why/how something could be racist/offensive. But that doesn't mean it isn't racist, it's just not as clear to non POC. They really need to teach this shit... seriously. Recognizing harmful stuff is a skill you can learn and improve. But it has to start somehow and it'd be ideal if that start wasn't... well, ya'know.

Jayce pried his eyes away from Viktor's top surgery scars and looked down at his trail of pubic hair running up from between his legs, to his belly button. Jayce paused, looking back up at the silhouette of Viktor's head silently confirming with him. "Now eat." Viktor instructed as he spread his legs, revealing his pussy and his throbbing T-dick. Jayce inhaled sharply and collapsed into him, too weak to stay upright for any longer. His fingers gripped at Viktor’s hips, not possessive, just anchored.
