No I haven't! I barely used it when I bought it many years ago so I don't know the tricks. I only tried what it said to do on the empty battery screen and that didn't work. Are the restart instructions easy to find?

I took mine out of storage last week and I can't get it off the empty battery screen. Had it on charge for three days but no change. I don't know where the original charger is so I just tried to charge it with my USB-C phone charger with a C-to-micro USB adapter.
