Its nearly March, which means its nearly BEEFLY TIME!
Here's a shot of one "Twerking" as @flygirlnhm.bsky.social put it, rubbing the eggs at the end of her abdomen on the ground so they get coated in sand grains. to gives them some ballast so she can fling them into solitary bee burrows!
