Ohmigod this was so good. I went to have a bagel with smoked salmon but realized that we were out of bagels. We did, however, have cheddar jalapeño sourdough bread. So I toasted some up & topped it with cream cheese, salmon, and capers and all I can say is that I'm glad we didn't have any bagels!

Ohmigod this was so good. I went to have a bagel with smoked salmon but realized that we were out of bagels. We did, however, have cheddar jalapeño sourdough bread. So I toasted some up & topped it with cream cheese, salmon, and capers and all I can say is that I'm glad we didn't have any bagels!
